Shipping Policy

Our goal is to offer you the best shipping options. The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:

Processing time: Order verification, tailoring, quality check and packaging. All orders are sent to our warehouse for dispatch within 24 hours after the order is placed. Our warehouse processes the orders, which takes an additional 2–4 days.

Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouse to the destination. Multiple item types (ie shirts and mugs) will ship separately. You'll probably receive one item before the next. Don't panic if you don't receive all of your items at once.

Delivery Times

USA Orders:

Orders are shipped from our US warehouse and you can expect delivery in 2 - 5 business days.

International Orders:

Orders are shipped from our US warehouse and you can expect delivery in 7-14 business days.
